Finca El Mazo is set in the Marismas de Santoña Nature Reserve, L&E Cantabria is in a stunning location with fantastic facilities including outdoor swimming pool, basketball courts, climbing walls, bike tracks, a lake and the ocean close by. All simply decorated accommodation have views of the mountains and gardens. Cabins are equipped with bunk beds. Outdoor activities such as canoeing, climbing, surfing, cycling, ball sports & creative activities are all available at L&E Cantabria. The ocean & a sandy beach is under 6 miles miles and the cities of Santander & Bilbao are both less than 40 miles away. L&E offer transfers from Bilbao Airport.
For Spanish & other International Children
The format and ethos of the camp is exactly the same as our UK Camps with “English Immersion” still being the main focus of the camp.
- All staff will be Native English Speakers
- A guarantee of 50% native english speakers will attend the camp
- Only English will be spoken conversationally
- Before the start of Camp we will put children from Spain in contact with an English “Buddy” to start communication.
- English lessons will be offered in the mornings (Spanish will also be offered to non-Spaniards)
- The camp itinerary will be the same as L&E Summer Camps in the UK
